How can i make my animation from the “pencil” software into a movie?

i tried exporting it as a MOV. file and that doesn’t work. i also tried exporting it as a .SWF file and that works but when i try to convert it to a AVI file, it says the .SWF file is corrupt. when i export it as individual pictures and try to make the movie on windows movie maker, the pictures are all black. i also tried opening those pictures with paint and they are black as well, the only pictures that show up are ones with color but the background is black also

well, you can export it as a .SWF file,
then use iWisoft swf to video converter to convert swf to avi, flv, wmv, mov.
i’ve tried that conversion many times, the conversion quality always makes feel satisfied.
